Exchange Policy – Unstitched – Pareeshy Collection
At Pareeshy Collection, we want you to love your unstitched fabric.
– Exchange request within 3 days of delivery
– Fabric must be unstitched, unwashed, unused with original packaging & tags intact
– Please share parcel opening video in case of damaged, defective or wrong item received
– Color may slightly vary due to lighting & camera effects – this will not be considered as damage
– For exchange, WhatsApp us with your order number and clear video of the issue
– If size/color issue from customer side – return delivery charges will be paid by customer
– If mistake is from our side (wrong/defective item) – we will pay return delivery
– Sale / Discounted unstitched items cannot be exchanged
Note: Once fabric is stitched / cut, it cannot be exchanged.
